Champion Health is an upcoming benefits and telemedicine platform. I was brought onto the team to help with all things writing from naming buttons in the app to writing email educational campaigns. My challenge was to turn healthcare policies and terms that are difficult to understand into digestible and straight-forward information in English and Spanish. Additionally, I was responsible for the writing copy on the user-facing section of the website and app, ensuring the platform was user-centric and accessible.
