At Beast Health, a fast-growing e-commerce blender company, I crafted compelling copy to support the company’s evolving needs as it scaled. My work primarily focused on enhancing the Customer Experience (CX) and optimizing the Customer Journey across the website. I developed navigational components and user-focused content designed to guide potential and existing customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience with the product. Additionally, I created email macros for the CX Team to streamline customer support and contributed to social media campaign copy to drive engagement and brand awareness.
